How We Get the Job Done
Our work spreads across many regions, and so does our clientele. We have tackled restoration projects great and small, from removing invasive species to conducting timber stand inventories to urban watershed restoration. There is no clear-cut method and solution when dealing with natural systems. Nature and the elements change unpredictably. That’s why we are skilled and experienced at adapting to many situations.
Travel
Our core footprint lies in Minnesota. From the central temperate woodlands to the western prairie potholes to the northern boreal forests, we have worked in all regions of the state. We serve all of Minnesota, as well as our neighboring Midwestern states. We aren’t afraid to travel if a project requires it. So don’t worry about your location; if you have need of expert ecological professionals, we will meet you there.
Safety
When your career consists of handling a chainsaw everyday, safety isn’t just an infographic on the shop wall--it is a diligent mindset. With every project, you can expect us to be well-prepared with safety equipment and an emergency response plan on site. All our crews are equipped with PPE, have training and proper licenses, and emphasize safety first.
Insurance
We take steps to ensure we’re walking into a project prepared for any circumstance. This includes making sure that we have the insurance to cover any type of incident. If you have a project in mind and would like more specifics about our insurance policy, don’t hesitate to ask.
Equipment
We may have started with the basic tools of the trade (i.g. chainsaw, helmet, and chaps), but our inescapable need to continually challenge ourselves has left us with an assortment of equipment and operational experience. For whatever a project needs, we are ready.
We’re always willing to try something new. If you have a project in mind which may require a specific piece of equipment, feel free to inquire - chances are we have the operating experience to handle it.
